This Plate shews I. The Confederates pursuing the Elector of Bavaria and Marshal Marsin who fled with their Horse on their left Wing and carried off 17,000 of their Wounded men, including 1,000 Officers. II. Thirty Squadrons of Horse and Dragons and among them the Houshold Troops pushed into the Danube, where many of them Perished. III. Marshal Tallard taken Prisoner by the Hessian Troops is represented making his submission on Horseback to the Duke of Marlborough whose Coach is ready to receive him. This Victory cost the Allies 4,485 Men, Killed, 7,525 wounded and 273 lost or made prisoners. Among the Ensigns of Victory there was taken 17 pair of Kettle Drums, 3,600 Tents, 34,000 Waggons, 328 Mules laden with Baggage, 34 Coaches full of Ecclesiasticks, 2 Bridges of Boats, 15 Pontons, 24 Barrils and 8 Casks of Silver being the Treasure of the Army
