Lewis; the stamp of E.C. Streeter; and is a presentation copy from the author to Mr. Versteegh. Copy 3, in which the advertisements are wanting, has the bookplate of Frederick Whiley Hilles, the autograph of Theophila Gwatkin, junr., and is a presentation copy from the author.
