Copy 4 is extra-illustrated with views, portraits, etc. Includes watercolors by Frederick Nash and George Perfect Harding and some earlier states & proofs of prints that appear in the original work.
Copy 5 is extra-illustrated and bound with v. 1 of an extra-illustrated set of: The history and antiquities of London / by Thomas Pennant. London : Printed for Edward Jeffery, 1814 (Folio A\D\69).
