BAC: British Art Center has 3 copies. Copy 1 bound in half blue roan and gilt-stamped cloth. Bookplate of Charles Pollard. Presentation copy, with inscription on title, "with kindest regards of the author." Copy 2 is bound in half red roan and gilt-stamped cloth. Copy 3 is in the original printed paper wrappers. Errata slips tipped in at end of all three copies.
