Half-title, frontispiece, title-page, 48 plates of halftone-photoengravings, 11 plates of line-photoengravings, 1 plate of typeset matter, 1 line-photoengraving in text, 3 of the plates of halftone-photoengravings are printed on both sides, two with typeset matter and 1 with an illustration. (There are four paragraphs of typeset matter on the verso of the front free endpaper.) Inscribed by the author to George Burrell of Millwood. Spine height: 9 5/8 inches.
