BAC: British Art Center copy bound in original blue-grey paper wrappers, as issued. Printed red device on cover. Wrapper stitched with silk tie. Hand-made paper, uncut. Copy has preliminary leaf printed in red reading "With JT & A Carr's best wishes Christmas MDCCCXCIX" and would appear to have been commissioned.
