The plates in this work appear to be 83 of the 121 plates in Pyne's 'Microcosm', 1808 edition and 1822-24 edition. Imprints on the plates are in most instances the same as in the 1822-24 'Microcosm'. Seventeen of them, however, are the same as the original Pyne & Nattes imprints of the 1808 'Microcosm'.
