"Fifty copies, with proof impressions of the plates, are printed on Imperial 4to. corresponding with the large paper of Dibdin's edition of Ames's History of Printing. Gentlemen desirous of possessing the work, are requested to favour the publisher's, or their respective booksellers with their names. The later paper copies are nearly all engaged."
