BAC: British Art Center has three copies. Copy 1 is the Abbey copy. Bound in three-quarter dark-blue calf and green cloth. Bookplate of Henry Martin Gibbs, Barrow Court, Somerset, 1891. Two added plates in the text: a view of Woodchester Church, at the head of p. 1 of the English text; and Reverses of medals, printed at the foot of the last page of the English text. These plates are not repeated in the French text. Copy 2 bound in contemporary gilt-, blue-, and blind-tooled russia, with gilt doublures and gilt edges. 1794 watermark. Three armorial bookplates: Mathew Wilson; Frances Mary Richardson Currer; and John Etherington Welch Rolls. ALS from James Bain dated March 1709 laid in. Contains the two added plates in the text. Copy 3 is a large paper copy. Bound in three quarter hard grain morocco. Alternating Whatman watermarks with 1794, 1809, and 1810 dates. French letterpress title page bound in at front. With the two added plates in the text. English title page bound in before plates.
