"This newly designed edition in four volumes of the text of the Nonesuch Shakespeare has been printed and bound by William Clowes and Sons at Beccles on India Paper made for it by Robert Fletcher and Son and on Japon Vellum made for it by C. Townsend Hook and Company. The text type is Goudy Modern with Garamond for the marginal notes. The open letters of the title-pages and the half-title headpieces and the dedication are from wood engravings by Reynolds Stone. The version of the first folio portrait is by Leonard Beaumont. Like its forerunner this ediion has been designed by Francis Meynell."--Colophon.
