Dedicated to George, Lord Onslow (with an illustration of the Onslow arms), by "Henry Smith, Capt. 1st. Compy. of Camberwell Association."
"Scale of 250 file of infantry, or 130 1/3 feet to an inch."
Includes, at lower right, the text of a letter from Henry Dundas to Lord Onslow, expressing the King's satisfaction with the review.

The view depicts a simple countryside, onto which are placed diagrammatic representations of the 35 militia corps of the County of Surrey. Rectangular symbols are used to represent units of infantry and cavalry, with the symbols proportional in size to the number of soldiers in the unit. A key at the foot of the print identifies the name of each unit and its commanding officer. Also depicted is a tent for "their Majesties, their Royal Highnesses the Prince of Wales and Duke of York and other branches of the Royal Family &c. &c. during the review."
