The 1881 census records Thomas Maskery as a confectinoer at Leek, aged 45.

Lithographed billhead, recording the purchase of currant spice, plain spice, Savoy biscuits, and "meat roasting." The total bill is £ 1/2/9. A. Maskery records payment received on Feb. 8, 1884.
